Bob Smith joined the Fluorogistx management team in 2012, bringing 32 years of fluoropolymers (Teflon™) industry experience from working in the DuPont™ Fluoropolymers business (now part of Chemours™). He has a well-deserved reputation for results-driven leadership, problem solving, and customer focus earned through diverse U.S. and global sales, marketing, and business management roles throughout his career. He has worked with customers and colleagues in more than 38 countries and 48 states.

Bob holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and is an active member of industry groups such as the Society of Plastics, the Wire Association, WCMA and BICSI. He is a recipient of the 2015 Wire & Cable Manufacturers Association’s “Charles D Scott Award” for lifetime achievement.

Unlike many Operations and Finance managers, Todd Fredette has spent the majority of his 25+ year career in fluoropolymer sales, and he understands the demands and difficulties of resin processors and end users. Todd’s unique perspective enhances Fluorogistx ability to maintain “customer focus” in all its activities.

Todd is an APICS-Certified Supply Chain Professional, holding previous positions as National Sales Manager, Global Marketing Manager, General Manager and Vice President. Todd has been employed by Saint-Gobain, Shamrock Technologies and General Electric, with responsibilities in North America, Europe and Asia. Todd also served a combat tour in Iraq as a Major in the United States Army Reserve, acting as a Military Advisor to the Iraq Army, earning a Combat Action Badge and a Bronze Star Medal.

Todd holds a B.S. degree in finance from Franklin Pierce College and an MBA from the University of Maryland.
