Celebrating a year of performance and partnership.

First and most importantly, I want to thank you for your business, your support, and your feedback throughout our inaugural year as Chemours. As we celebrate the progress we’ve made in our first 365 days, we look forward to another year of strengthening our partnership.

I’m pleased to report that at our one-year mark as an independent, publicly traded company, we’ve made good progress—despite significant headwinds—due in great measure to your loyalty and our accomplishments guided by our five-point transformation plan. Thank you for being by our side as we achieved these milestones:

• We are expanding our manufacturing capacity for high-growth Opteon™ products in Corpus Christi, Texas. This is an example of how Chemours is investing in innovative growth opportunities.
• We launched the commercial operation of our new TiO₂ line in Altamira, Mexico … an example of our commitment to being a long-term, reliable supplier of high-quality TiO₂.
• We’ve completed our Chemical Solutions portfolio review, with the announcements of agreements to sell our Clean and Disinfect and our Sulfur businesses, the sale of the Aniline facility in Beaumont, Texas, the announced shutdown of the Reactive Metals site, and the decision to retain the Methylamines business.
• We delivered significant cost reductions while strengthening our liquidity position, reaffirming our commitment to our customers.

Going forward, we will continue our journey to become a more responsive, nimble, and customer-centered company. At Chemours, we’re committed to bringing more value to your business, while repositioning ourselves to better serve your needs.
